Operating under the Technology Transfer Application and Research Center (TTM) of the Turkish-German University, the Intellectual Property and Contracts Unit supports the protection, management, and commercialization of scientific knowledge, inventions, and R&D outputs produced within the university.

The primary goal of the unit is to ensure the effective protection of innovative ideas developed by academics, researchers, students, and industry partners within the scope of intellectual and industrial property rights, and to establish the necessary legal and administrative infrastructure for university-industry collaboration processes.
